Victory School of Supernatural Ministry First Year Information and Application Process

A Pastoral reference (ask a pastor who knows you well to submit this for you via this website). You will need their contact information to fill out the application (email and phone number). They will receive an email with a link for them to use to fill out the reference.
Early Application Fee: $39 (March 27th – August 15th) *Non-refundable
Late Application Fee: $75 (August 16th - September 21st @ Midnight) *Non-refundable
Late Enrollment accepted until September 21st at Midnight.

How to Apply:

Log in using your current VCC account/ if you do not have an existing account please click the register button and create a new account.
Fill out the application below, attach your photo, and pay the application fee at the end of the form. (Application Fee not refundable)
After submitting the application, please check with your personal and pastoral references to be sure they got the link to fill out the reference form. This process can take some time, so we recommend that you check in with your references regularly to ensure both forms are submitted promptly.

THE FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE

Students will enter an environment saturated with the Presence of God where gifts of the Holy Spirit are unlocked, and core values of the Kingdom are unveiled. You will be empowered to take risks for the Kingdom in a culture of love, grace, trust, and honor.

STEP INTO GOD’S PLAN
Curriculum from Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry, along with teaching from Victory’s Pastors, establishes and reinforces Kingdom identity and values in the heart and mind of the believer.

GROW in the KNOWLEDGE OF GOD
Homework, Bible teaching and supplemental readings will strengthen students in the Word, and in their authority as sons/daughters and as royal servants re-presenting Jesus on this earth.

Through intimate times of worship and soaking, you will encounter God and experience His love and peace.

WHERE THE SPIRIT IS…THERE IS LIBERTY
A culture of freedom requires a high level of accountability and responsibility, so you will be challenged to live the Bible.

It’s not just about ministering in the gifts, but becoming naturally supernatural, developing and displaying Kingdom character of humility, purity, and honesty that ignites transformation in you, and within your sphere of influence.

TUITION AND FEES

Application & Fees
Application Fee - $39 – (March. 27th – August. 15th)
Late Enrollment Application Fee - $75 – (August. 16th – September. 21st)
These fees are non-refundable.

Year 1 Students:
VCC Member $801 annually, or $89 in 9 monthly installments
VCC Non-Member $891 annually, or $99 in 9 monthly installments

Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st class of each month, regardless of attendance. A $10 late fee will be added to your account after the 2nd week of class. Payments should be made online by logging into your online VSSM portal. Check & cash payments are accepted in person on the 1st & 2nd weeks of class.

Discounts:
*A 10% discount will be offered to first-time students that choose to pay their tuition in-full by 9/13/22. After this date, payment in-full can be made at any time, but the discount will not apply.

• VCC Member $720.90 if paid in-full by 9/13/22
• VCC Non-Member $801.90 if paid in-full by 9/13/22

*A 10% discount will be offered to married couples and immediate household family members within the 2022-2023 VSSM class.

• VCC Member $720.90 (paid in full) OR $80.10 per person, in 9 monthly installments
• VCC Non-Member $801.90 (paid in full) or $89.10 per person, in 9 monthly installments

*Discounts cannot be combined*

Returning Students: (Must receive a certificate of completion)
$315 annually, or $35 in 9 monthly installments

*Tuition discounts do not apply to returning students*

Childcare Fees
Ages 3 months - 8 years old

Child 1 – $20 per month
Child 2+ – $15 per child, per month

Audits, drop in, online students, and or emergency childcare fee is $20 per child per night. Please email mothersheart@vcchouston.org with the following information preferably BEFORE the night of class you will be attending…

Auditing of Classes:
Anyone may audit a regular class 1 time for free.
Anyone may audit a class with a guest speaker for $20.

Accreditation:
Victory School of Supernatural Ministry is not an accredited school with the State of Texas; therefore students are not eligible for financial aid, student loans, or grants.

VSSM Scholarship Fund:
This fund has been established by the generosity of students and alumni to help provide financial assistance to VSSM applicants who may need partial assistance to participate in the Victory School of Supernatural Ministry. Because the VSSM Scholarship Committee believes that accepting and meeting financial obligations with integrity is key to spiritual maturity, we do not offer 100% tuition coverage. Upon receiving your acceptance letter to VSSM, you may submit a scholarship application for review.

Please note our VSSM scholarship money is distributed on a first come, first serve basis as well as on a prayerful evaluation of a student’s need. In the event your current situation changes in a way that enables you to assume complete financial responsibility, please let us know so we can assist others from this fund. Because VSSM is a Holy Spirit-led school, we are very sensitive to the moving of the Spirit, but our class structure generally looks something like this:

4:30 PM - 5:40 PM Intercession
6:00 PM Class Starts
6:00 PM - 6:30 PM Worship
6:30 PM - 6:55 PM Testimonies/Announcements/Activations
6:55 PM - 7:00 PM Break
7:00 PM - 8:15 PM DVD from Bethel curriculum/Teaching
8:15 PM - 9:30 PM Activation exercises and/or Revival Groups
